The Widows’ Ministry (Season Sisters) provides opportunities for fellowship, social activities, and resources to women in The Church of the Cross who have lost their husbands. Through this ministry, the widows grow in their relationship with Jesus and develop a bond of sisterhood. As part of our monthly meeting, our service project is The Church of the Cross Birthday Card Ministry.

At our November meeting, we will complete the Birthday Card Ministry for December birthdays. Our Speaker at 11 am is Emmett McCracken, a member of The Church of The Cross. He will share wonderful memories of growing up in Bluffton. We are looking forward to listening to the history of Bluffton. Please bring a book or toy to the meeting to take to Ridgeland for children in need.
