Knowing, Growing, Serving
Men of the Cross is the structure to help men grow as disciples who are Known by Christ, Grow in Christ, Serve Christ.
We are Known By Christ because He has died the death we deserved to die and lives so we might live. We’ve turned away from going on our own and follow Christ on His way.
We Grow in Christ through knowing our brothers and being known by them. We reject the idea that we can live this life alone. Side-by-side with our brothers, we strive to become more like Jesus and lead others to know him and become like him.
We Serve Christ by loving our family, neighbors, community and church, joyfully giving up our preferences, time, and resources so they can see, feel, hear, and understand who Jesus is and His great love for them.

Men’s Bible Studies
If you want to grow in your faith, form lasting friendships and deepen your understanding of the Scriptures, the Men’s Bible Studies are something that you might consider.
Cross Christian Women
We strive to:
- Commit ourselves to live by, learn, and uphold the Word of God.
- Connect women of all ages through Bible study, fellowship, and service.
- Create an atmosphere where women can be released into their gifting for Kingdom purposes.
- Cultivate positive, encouraging relationships that will provide opportunities for discipleship.

Get Involved with Our Ministries
One of the most important ways to get connected at The Church of the Cross is to first become a member of our congregation. If you are not a member and you are interested in learning more about membership, please call the Parish Office (843.757.2661) and speak to Sue.
Membership begins with an informal meeting with clergy. The next step in getting connected would be joining a Bible Study or small group to be in community with other Believers.
