APPLICATION CRITERIA

We welcome all business owners, who are The Church of The Cross Members and/or parents of Cross Schools students, to participate in the Cross Business Directory. Proof of Business Ownership, e.g. a valid business and/or professional license (evidence that you have an established business) is required.

COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION

1) Please print legibly.
2) Complete only those fields which are applicable to your business.
3) The brief description of your business should be worded exactly as you want it to appear in the directory. For extra space please use the reverse side of the form or attach a document.


HOW TO RETURN APPLICATION FORMS AND PROOF OF BUSINESS

We encourage you to return the Application Form and Proof of Business as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, June 18th. The team members must receive both forms before your business can be added to the directory. Options for returning these documents are as follows:

1) Application Forms may be submitted via the Business Directory web page. If you select this method please attach the Proof of Business to the submission email or use one of the options listed below.
